The available 3.5L twin independent variable camshaft timing V6 engine is ready to push you forward at any power you need and delivers 280 horsepower and 250 lb-ft of torque. The third engine, 2.7L EcoBoost comes standard on the Sport trim cranks out a remarkable 315 horsepower and 350 lb-ft of torque.
Intelligent All-Wheel Drive is available for the Edge. Intelligent AWD monitors traction as you drive through different road conditions, balancing torque between the front and rear wheels. This maximizes traction and enhances traction. Available adaptive steering helps you turn more at low speeds and move more smoothly and precisely at highway speeds. If you need to tow a trailer, the Class II Trailer Tow Package is available to help you tow a maximum of 3,500 pounds.
